Second of the Fifth Street Arcade plein air paintings. The Colonial Arcade is where I had a showing of historic Cleveland baseball paintings in 1994 in conjunction with opening day of then Jacobs Field. It's also where SABR headquarters was located and home of Cosmic Comics, a terrific comic shop that Mark Steuve ran and then sold so he could open Erie Street Bookstore on E. 9th street. Good memories.
